LGV Cat. C (Formerly HGV Class 2)

Minimum Age: 21

The LGV Cat. C licence enables a person to drive all vehicles over 3500kgs. This obviously includes all vehicles under the Cat. C1 licence.

If you are 21 or over, you can train for the Cat. C licence directly from a car; you do not need the Cat C1 licence first.

A licence holder can also tow a trailer up to 750kg.
